Best Hemorrhoids Treatment

Hi,

I am being diagnosed with hemorrhoids. My stools are not bloody. But doc says hemorrhoids are present. What should I do to cure them?

Please suggest any diet or any home remedies?

How do they effect general digestion of a person?

Hemorrhoids are caused by you straining when you have a bowel movement, or with your stool being too hard & tearing the skin.

Once you have hemorrhoids you have to learn to live with them & change your diet so your stools are softer.

You live with them by keeping your anus clean via wipes like Tucks & creams like Preparation H. This helps them to heal, as long as you don’t strain or have a hard stool. You never really get rid of them.

You change your diet by eating MORE fiber – whole grains, fruits, vegetables & LESS processed foods – frozen dinners, packaged desserts, pre-made foods in just about any form.

Hemorrhoids have NOTHING to do with your digestion system.

I suggest you buy a donut pillow to sit on, a cookbook so you can try making a lot more of your own food instead of buying it pre-made & shopping at a farmer’s market for fresh food every weekend.

Enjoy !!!

Homeopathic Remedies for Hemorrhoids

Instead of running for the Preparation H if you find yourself suffering from hemorrhoids you might want to consider a homeopathic remedy. Homeopathic remedies to your problems can be a safe and natural way of assisting your body with self healing. It can assist with a cure, but in order to make sure that your hemorrhoids do not reoccur you would need to find out what caused them in the first place. In most cases just making some moderate changes to diet and exercise routines does the trick.

Preparation H and other over-the-counter ointments and gels were created to soothe the itching, burning and irritation associated with hemorrhoids but they are made up of synthetic chemicals. There are natural remedies that can be considered and will provide comparable relief to creams like Preparation H.

One remedy that is great for most skin irritations is the Aloe Vera plant. Applying it to the rectal area will help with the soreness and/or bleeding and itching feeling.

Venapro is also a treatment on the market available in pill form that is made up of all natural ingredients. It works by helping to heal the blood vessels leading up to the rectum. Since hemorrhoids are just varicose veins in an unfortunate place, taking herbs to help with blood circulation will also help lead blood to the rectal area and ease the pain of hemorrhoids.

Graphites, Nux Vomica, and Sulphur are also homeopathic remedies that are suggested for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Graphites is usually recommended to the hemorrhoid suffer who is overweight and suffers from cracks and burning in the rectal area. Nux Vomica is good for people who suffer from hemorrhoids because of constipation and is also a good solution for those who are addicted to stimulants such as coffee. Sulphur is good for the chronic suffer who may have a significantly swollen hemorrhoid and finds that taking a bath that is supposed to be soothing just causes them more pain.

If you are considering any of these homeopathic remedies it is best to do further research to be sure you are a candidate and get the proper dosage information.

I know theres medicine bit I cant afford it right now so what else can I do? Prune juice??. Citrucet??.. Anything anyone has tried something and works?

Well, without using medicine, you can try sitting in a warm bath several times a day. Try not to sit or stand for too long at a time, lay down as often as you can to take some pressure off. Also, try to make sure you get plenty of fiber, etc. to stay regular and avoid straining when moving your bowels. And when you can afford it, get some otc medicine.

lol …Thanks!

May I please have a star?

Do not try to push the hemorrhoid back in – that can create worse problems!!! You can do the sitz bath that someone mentioned but do it a little different – sit in hot water for three minutes then alternate to cold water for 30 seconds do this alternation about three time – always end on cold – this allows those vessels to dilate then constrict. If you have the hemorrhoids because of constipation try to deal with that which can alleviate the hemorrhoids, if they are there as a result of something more serious like portal hypertension you should seek out a health professional. Some herbs such as witch hazel can help because they reduce swelling and can strengthen the internal walls of your blood vessels. Also, if you have hemorrhoids it usually indicates that either you have too much pressure in your lower abdominal area (from a possible variety of sources) or that your vessels are not "strong" enough to maintain their normal structure – and if its the later cause you need to help strengthen your vessels with things like antioxidants and bioflavenoids. Make sure you figure out why the hemorrhoids are there before you try and treat them.

I know of one treatment that will help with the swelling speed up the healing process. Witch Hazel! apply witch hazel on gauze pads and place on the affected area for about 10-20 min. It has worked for those I told this too. to prevent them Eat a Fiber Rich Diet and Drink Plenty of water daily. If you have constant problems with Hemorrhoids see your doctor for a more effective treatment and prevention
